Delete your Syraxis account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Syraxis account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@syraxis.app from the email address registered on your Syraxis account.
2. Use the subject line Syraxis account deletion request and include your full name and organization name (if any).
3. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal account data within 30 days, unless we must retain specific records for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons (for example sealed Evidence Packs or audit retention your organization configured).

What is deleted

• Your user profile and sign-in identity linkage for Syraxis
• Personal contact details tied to your account where no retention obligation applies

What may be retained

• Organization-owned operational records your employer or host organization must keep (inspections, actions, sealed packs, legal holds)
• Records we are required to keep under applicable law

Organization administrators may also remove your membership from their Syraxis organization. That does not always delete organization-owned evidence.

Legacy waitlist contacts
