Syraxis ("we", "us") operates the public website at syraxis.app and the Syraxis product at app.syraxis.app. This policy explains what we collect on the public marketing site and how we use it. The authenticated product has additional notices presented at sign-up and in-product.

Information we collect on this site

• Standard technical data in server and CDN logs, such as IP address, user agent, and request timing
• Information you choose to send us by email (for example sales or support enquiries)

We do not ask for payment details on the marketing site. Payments for the product are handled inside the authenticated product.

How we use your information

• To operate, secure, and improve the marketing site and prevent abuse
• To respond to enquiries you send us

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Product accounts

When you create a Syraxis account at app.syraxis.app, account and usage data is processed to provide the service, as described in the notices you see at sign-up and in your organization's agreements with us. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, and payments are processed by our payment provider; neither stores card details with us.

Legacy waitlist contacts

Before launch we collected email addresses on an early-access waitlist. If you joined it and want your address removed, email support@syraxis.app and we will delete it.

Retention

We keep marketing-site logs for a limited operational period and enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request, unless we must retain data for legal reasons.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site currently does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics pixels. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.

Children

The site is aimed at business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.

Account deletion

To request deletion of a Syraxis product account, follow the instructions at syraxis.app/delete-account or email support@syraxis.app.
