These Terms govern your use of the public Syraxis marketing website at syraxis.app. Use of the Syraxis product at app.syraxis.app is governed by the customer terms presented at sign-up and any agreement between Syraxis and your organization; those terms take precedence over this page for the product itself.

The service

Syraxis is a safety, quality, and operations platform (mobile + web). This website describes the product and links to the authenticated product where you can create an account and purchase seats. Descriptions on this site are informational and do not form part of any product agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading contact information
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the site
• Use the site for unlawful purposes

Intellectual property

Syraxis name, logo, product UI depictions, and site content are owned by Syraxis or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

No warranties

The marketing site is provided "as is". Product features, limits, and pricing described on this site may change. Syraxis supports diligence readiness; it does not provide legal advice or guarantee legal or compliance outcomes. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syraxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our aggregate liability related to the marketing site is limited to zero (the site is free to use). Liability related to the paid product is addressed in the applicable customer agreement.

Privacy

Site data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Refunds for product purchases are described in our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
