AssurancePro

Proof packs built from records you already keep. Not a place where field work is entered.

Assurance coverage scores and top exposures

What it is

Assurance answers a practical question: for this contractor, for this site over a date range, or for this incident, can we show what was required, what was done, what failed, and what was fixed?

It reads the other modules. It does not replace them. A pack lists the expected checks, what is present, what is missing, and who was involved. Gaps are shown. A pack is still created if the picture is incomplete.

Inside Assurance

  • Grade. Each pack is marked Exposed, Partial, or Assurance-grade. Exposed means a serious gap on a core item, such as an expired safety file or missed scheduled work. Partial means the pack is incomplete. Assurance-grade means the chain for that scope is complete. The grade is a label on the pack, not a legal opinion.
  • Readiness. A dry run of the same check before you generate a pack.
  • Diligence score. A live number for how the saved contractors and sites look together. It is not the same thing as a pack grade. Bands are High, Watch, and Exposure.
  • Seal. Freezes the pack, signs it, and stores a PDF so a later check can show the contents have not been changed. A legal hold can stop a draft pack, and the files it points at, from being deleted.

Before you start

An admin saves at least one contractor or one site as in scope. The control list starts from a guided set and can be extended with the organisation's own lines, each backed by an attached file.

A pack can only show what has already been recorded.
