Schedules
The way a check or a task comes due again without someone creating it by hand.

What it is
A schedule is a repeating plan. You pick a published template, how often it should run, the time it is due, and who should do it. Syraxis creates the upcoming slots. The assignee starts a slot, which opens an inspection. Completing the inspection closes the slot, on time or late.
A schedule can be aimed at
- One person
- Several people, with a slot for each
- A group, with a slot for each current member
- One asset, plus the person who should check it
How often and when
Frequency can be daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom pattern such as every few days or selected weekdays. The due time follows the schedule's time zone, or the site's time zone if the schedule does not set one.
On the phone
Home shows what is due today and what is overdue. Tapping a card starts the work.
- A schedule can also raise an action when a slot is due, instead of or as well as the inspection.
- People are told when work is coming up and when it is late.
- A schedule can be paused.
Set up on the computer. Due work is done on the phone. The computer also has an activity list and a calendar of slots. Asset and group schedules are configured on the computer.
